WHY?

We ride just like you and we all know that eventually even the best will take a spill, along with that crash sometimes comes broken bits and pieces (hopefully just to your gear, not you!). We recognize that and have done something to ease the pain.

We have introduced the Enhanced Replacement Policy™.
In a nutshell what it does is get you (the original owner) replacement parts or repairs to your damaged Dirt-Bagz™ for any reason at a deep discount for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
Here it is in black & white.

Limited Warranty
Moto-Sport Panniers will warranty any Dirt-Bagz™ product against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to impact or abuse and is limited to the original owner only.

Enhanced Replacement Policy
For a period of 24 months from date of original purchase all Dirt-Bagz™ products carry a replacement policy against Any damage for any reason. The Enhanced Replacement Policy will, at the discretion of Moto-Sport Panniers Inc. repair or replace any damaged Dirt-Bagz™ product at a substantially reduced cost to the original owner.

Individual bracket $35.00
Individual Bag $40.00
Repair cost will be determined on an individual basis.

Send any damaged product, along with a copy of original invoice, return address and phone number to:

If damaged product is replaced, damaged unit cannot be returned to original owner and is destroyed by Moto-Sport Panniers Inc.
